I’ve had this welder for a few years now and it still works great, smooth arc. Has larger, beefier dinse connectors than the Chinese welders and a stout rod holder. Run it off a 9000 watt conventional generator with 30 foot leads no problem. Have yet to use it over 125A. Best part is it’s made in Canada!
Lightweight, quiet and powerful. we burn 7018 rods also 6011 rods and the unit worked great. Works side by side with the miller dynasty 200dx. highly recommended
I bought this welder based on its specs and price to use as a trainer well in college for welding. It would be nice if the amp marks had more notches but in the end big picture is it welds amazing, is compact, has no complaints and can run 1/8 rods all day no problem. I am happy to use this Canadian product.
Machine works great and welds smooth. This is my second one from canaweld
