My Account Registration and Use
My Account registration is an optional service provided by our website. You do not have to register to browse or shop online. When you register, you are asked for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and a username and password that you select. You may also optionally provide information regarding your interests and home improvement projects or register your credit cards. This information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information.
Our Sites and Children

Maximum Liability
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Canaweld or any of the Third Parties should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the functions or uses of canaweld.com or its content, the liability of Canaweld and the Third Parties shall in no event exceed in the aggregate $250 CAD.

You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of canaweld.com and these Terms and Conditions.
